Therefore, it serves as an occasion to discuss current issues related to the universality of succession law with relevance for the legal community, society, economic, cultural, and linguistic environments, sparking the interest of both legal theorists and practitioners (lawyers, notaries, judges, judicial executors, legal advisors).
