Lav, Daniel: - Daniel Lav is a lecturer in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His research focuses on Islamic theology, with a particular emphasis on the salafi tradition of Sunni Islam. Salafi Political Theology continues the exploration of Salafī intellectual history begun in his previous book, Radical Islam and the Revival of Medieval Theology (Cambridge, 2012).
