Between 2015 and 2024 I asked more than a thousand renowned and spiritual people from around the world one question: what is the meaning of life?

There were more than one hundred yogis among them. I gathered what they said a meaningful life is, and created this anthology book which comprises one hundred chapters.

One hundred meaningful chapters about life, mindfulness, gratitude, beauty and love...about the state of being in love and the sacredness of life. Each chapter is imbued with sublime vibrations and blissful frequencies. Chapters about life enjoyment, laughter and guiding principles. A book filled not just with words, but rather with the energy of one hundred yogis.

This book may be read over a period of one hundred days. Read one chapter a day-live one mindful day! Read one page-live one joyful and wonderful day. One day at a time...may you live one hundred meaningful and blessed days.

...then go back to the first chapter, for one hundred days more....for they will be much more insightful. You will have become much more insightful.
