Bully, Bully, Why Are You? addresses and explores all sides of bullying-being the bully, the one who is bullied, and the one who witnesses the bullying-and the possible outcomes from staying silent and from speaking up. Tyler lives across the street from Bruno, a loud, angry boy who is always getting into trouble.
