Alexis, Nirva: - Nirva Alexis is a caring mom of three wonderful kids and a dedicated student analyst from Florida. She has a degree in Counseling Psychology and is studying to become a behavior analyst. Nirva uses her skills to help children with Autism, ADHD, and other developmental delays. When she's not studying or working, she loves exploring new foods, traveling, reading, and spending time at the beach. She also creates special Self-Care boxes to inspire other women. Now, she's excited to share her first children's book, A Children's Guide To SELF-CARE, to help kids understand the importance of taking care of themselves.
