Povestea mea despre dragostea pentru cartile de design interior începe acum aproximativ 2 ani. “ Răsfoind “ site-ul Libris observ o coperta a unei cărți intitulată Made For Living scrisă de Amber Lewis. Căutând mai multe imagini in legătura cu acest titlu mi-am dat seama ca este o carte superba și am comandat-o. Astfel am devenit fanul autorului. Bineinteles ca, la aflarea vestii ca autorul urmează sa publice alta carte am fost nerăbdătoare sa treacă timpul ca sa pot achiziționa și cea mai noua carte publicată intitulată Call it Home.O carte absolut frumoasa și la conținutul paginilor cât și la calitatea coperții sau hârtiei. Cartea prezintă idei (imagini și text ) de amenajare in stil natural, creat din materiale naturale. Paleta de culori folosită pentru prezentarea amenajării diferitelor camere este, la fel, alcătuită din culori calde,naturale care inspira rafinament dar in același timp simplitatea. Pot spune ca acesta este un fel de “ semnătura” a autoarei, adică crează spații sofisticate, elegante, rafinate, calitative, folosindu-se de elemente naturale din natura. Acesta carte cuprinde idei de amenajare din toate categoriile de camere sau diferite zone unde se afla casa adică in zone de munte sau chiar mare. Dacă va plac amenajările in stil natural-elegant-rustic-american atunci aceasta carte va poate salva și ajuta sa va creati spațiul dorit fără a avea sentimentul de teama ca veți greși la detalii, iar rezultatul va fi unul impecabil care v-a crea un impact ca atunci când spațiul de locuit este gândit de un designer profesionist.Pentru mine, aceasta carte este o oaza de frumusete,de idei,de calitate. Nu ezit ori de care ori a apărut sau va apărea o carte scrisă de Amber Lewis sa o adaug in colecția mea. Fie ca sunteți un simplu doritor de a va crea propriul spațiu de locuit, fie ca sunteți studenți in acest domeniu al designului sau chiar designeri cu experiența aceasta carte va v-a fi un ajutor și echilibru in procesul amenajării spațiului numit “ Acasă “
