Catriona Kennedy, Reader in History, University of York Catriona Kennedy is a Reader in History at the University of York, where she has taught since 2008, and a member of the Centre for Eighteenth Century Studies. Her research to date has focused on the history of Britain and Ireland in the Revolutionary and Napoleonic era with a particular emphasis on gender, war, and revolution. Her previous books include Narratives of the Revolutionary and Napoleonic wars: Military and Civilian experience in Britain and Ireland, 1793-1815.
