Am asteptat mult sa ajunga aceasta carte si la noi. Eu am vrut sa o citesc pentru a intelege mai bine ce se va intampla cu corpul meu. Lisa Mosconi explica pe intelesul tuturor.
Sunt suprinsa cat de multe informatii nu au ajuns la mine pana acum si desi nu am terminat inca de citit cartea - deoarece informatiile trebuie rumegate - cu siguranta este o carte care ar trebui sa se afle in biblioteca oricarei femei de la 35 de ani in sus.
Concluzia este ca trebuie sa fim mult mai blande cu noi, cu mamele noastre si femeile din jur, deoarece trecem prin niste schimbari majore care ne dau trupul peste cap.
