Catherine "C.C." Calhoun is determined to keep her family's estate, the Towers, in the family. The cost of maintaining the crumbling mansion is expensive, so when arrogant hotel mogul Trenton St. James swoops in with an offer to purchase the property and turn it into a resort, C.C. reluctantly gives in.
