Life invariably throws tantrums at times and we have to soothe it like an unruly child. Getting it back onto an even keel does become a seemingly impossible task but healing modalities come in handy then. That's what encouraged the author, Meenu Minocha to hone her skills holistically, and utilise them to uplift not only her own life but that of others as well. She now practices more of healing through regression in between dabbling in writing and teaching. Though this is her maiden venture into the world of writing, she has done numerous translation works earlier, the most prominent being Mahesh Manzar's 'Manzar Dar Manzar - The Essence of my Life', a book of Hindi Urdu poetry and 'A Heap of Rubbish', the autobiography of Ajeet Cour, a Punjabi- Hindi author.
