This is a collection of the many emotions that I battled with for years, including while I was depressed and suffering from heartache, amongst other things. It is not meant for you to read this book as a chapter book, reading from cover to cover, chapter to chapter, from the beginning to the end. I purposely wrote it so that you could go directly to the table of contents and locate the chapter title that resonates with you and where you are in your journey in life right now.
