Natalie Harrison, M.Ed., is a business education specialist and corporate communications and training consultant. She is an expert in communications, training, and applications of the MBTI personality type theory. Along with Dr. Price, she is the author of Looking at Logistics: A Practical Introduction to Logistics, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management and Warehouse Management and Inventory Control. Dr. Morgan Henrie is the president of MH Consulting, Inc. and is a certified Project Management Professional. He is an expert in project management, telecommunications, and the oil and gas industry. He is the author of Multi-National Project Team Communications: International Cultural Influences and Cultural Influences in Engineering Projects. Dr. Francis Jeffries is a professor of management at the College of Business and Public Policy at the University of Alaska Anchorage and is an expert in organizational behavior, organization development, emotional intelligence, and negotiations. He is the author of extensive research in the fields of organizational behavior and emotional intelligence. Dr. George Geistauts is a professor of business administration at the College of Business and Public Policy at the University of Alaska Anchorage and is an expert in strategic management.
