O analiza care ajuta la intelegerea si ascultarea feedbackului, o definite diferita oferita acestui comportament care ajuta cititorul sa inteleaga valoarea, necesitatea si importanta feedbackului si modul in care poate sa il primeasca si sa il ofere astfel incat sa ii imbunatateasca atat relatiile, precum si munca

Feedback-ul il primim in fiecare zi. Insa cand il primim il interpretam gresit. Autorii cartii ne explica in fiecare capitol diferitele tipuri de feedback si scopul lor. Este atat o carte de dezvoltate personala cat si de comunicare. Fiecare etapa este concret explicata cu exemple si cum ar trebui exact procedat.Asteptarile noastre sunt diferite insa daca ne comunicam corect ideea primim si feedback-ul corect.
