Scott, Christina: - The author, Christina Scott is currently living in San Diego, California with her adorable terrier, Suzie Q. While studying accounting, she discovered that she loved her literature classes. She told her professor that she wanted to write, and he said he would be extra hard on her. When she left the college, he told her to go live, have adventures, and write about them. It has been almost fifty years since then, and people have been telling her that she should write her stories. She chose to write the stories that would be uncommon. The stories that speak to who she is: a woman who is loving and strong, intelligent and thoughtful, curious and resourceful, filled with empathy for others and a problem-solver.
