He is best known for creating characters such as Archie, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Josie and the Pussycats and Millie the Model. He resided in New Rochelle, NY. He worked for Timely Comics in the 1940's, then under Stan Lee of Marvel Comics. He also had tie -ins with the creation of The Simpsons.
