Cartea vorbeste despre 5 orase: Roma, Venetia, Florenta, Siena si Pienza. However, the author assumes the reader has relatively extensive knowledge about the cities' history, in mythology and in architecture. If lacking in these fields, one often has to stop reading to google information, which is rather disrupting.
