Sinclair, Rachel: - Rachel Sinclair was a criminal defense attorney for 11 years, so she doesn't scare easily. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City school of law in 1998, and worked for the Public Defender's Office for several years before striking out on her own. She currently lives in San Diego, California, with her boyfriend, Joey and her two fur babies, Annie and Toby.
