Am luat ca si cadou pentru o prietena pentru ca ideea e super simpatica, dar nu am incercat retele efectiv. Cartea in sine mi se pare bine facuta si gandita, hardback cover si multe poze de calitate cu retetele pe langa scrisul compact. Incepe de la saptamana 8, cu cate 3 retete pentru fiecare saptamana, care variaza de la smoothieuri si salate la pizza si alte feluri mai stufoase.
